We loved our stay in this immaculate and spotless home! As we are nit-picky on cleanliness, we were cautiously optimistic booking a 120+ year old home as naturally you would expect they are hard to keep clean. This home was clean way beyond our expectations! From the charm of the antique decor, the comfortable furniture, and the many rooms to relax in, we felt right at home. The beds were easily in the top 3 most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. We played hide and seek with the kiddos for hours each night and enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub in the cool evenings too! The kitchen and coffee bar was well furnished with anything we would need and more. The caretaker is obviously super attentive to detail with the spotless cleanliness and well maintained condition of the home. The home is an easy 10 minute walk to the north side of Bathhouse Row. The hosts, Clark and Lora, responded quickly to any messages. We would certainly stay here again next time.

This place exceeded expectations. Clark and Lora have thought of everything to make your stay feel like you're in your own home. everything we needed was provided. But the home itself is beyond charming, we enjoyed the fireplace and reading the letters from the past, plus all the personal touches from the past that are throughout the house. It's a 5-minute drive to everything in Hot Springs. It's unusual for the home to be a big part of the memories of the places we visit, but this one will be.

The hot tub, grand piano, arcade game, and an entrance to an old prohibition tunnel, all make it an amazing experience to stay in this home.

This was our second year staying at Clark and Lora’s place in Hot Springs for a girl’s trip and it was exactly how I remembered it. Everything is in pristine condition including the bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you could need and more for a large group. We celebrated my bachelorette weekend here, and it was a fantastic stay. I couldn’t stop talking about the house, its history, or all the unique details they’ve incorporated into renovating this home. It was spacious, and honestly all 7 of us felt as if we had our own special place in the home. We walked to the downtown strip, enjoyed the big hot tub, and practiced wedding dances in the huge entryway with a grand piano. My favorite room was the spacious and beautiful dining room which we used for game night each day of our stay. I have nothing but good things to say about this home. It truly has been one of my best rental experiences in all of my years of travel.

The decor was eclectic and had unique antiques. Loved the attention to detail and could have spent the whole trip looking over the history and pieces in the home! It was so close to downtown we were able to walk to bathhouses and plenty of great local food. The hot tub was a wonderful way to relax at the end of our busy days. Very clean, very well put together, peaceful and enough privacy, that you forget you are literally right up the street from downtown hot springs. This home is a 10/10 with location, plenty of room for so much to do inside and outside. As long as you can walk up and down stairs, I recommend it! We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely cherish the memories we made over the weekend!

Perfect location for doing things downtown. We left the car in the driveway for two days while we attended a film festival and enjoyed other downtown restaurants and attractions. The house was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The home was chocked full of interesting furniture and historical artifacts.

The pictures really don’t do this house justice. It was beautifully furnished, well equipped, super clean, with tons of little surprises and treasures to find. The bed was super comfortable (which says a lot coming from me) and the hot tub was an awesome feature. Although there are neighbors, it still feels secluded and private while also being super close to Bathhouse Row. We would definitely consider staying here again if we found ourselves in Hot Springs in the future!

This was one of my favorite vacation rental experiences. The house is beautifully decorated enhancing the era in which it was built and the rooms are attractive, spacious and comfortable. The back patio has an extra dining and seating area, a fire pit and a large hot tub where we relaxed after our days of walking and sightseeing. The kitchen was great with a nicely appointed coffee bar with a grinder and a French Press. There was a beautiful front porch where we enjoyed our morning and evening coffees in the rocking chairs or porch swing. Even though there were only 3 of us, we enjoyed having 2.5 baths and a large laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers. Just a perfect space topped off by a baby grand piano which our musician son thoroughly enjoyed. We loved the decor and our hosts checked on us frequently to be sure all was well. They gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and we went frequently to the Kollective Coffee which is literally the first restaurant on Central.

The house was even bigger than the listing described. It was beautiful and secluded and made for an excellent anniversary. We had problems with the front door lock and Clark showed up in a timely manner to replace the batteries.

The house was absolutely gorgeous! What you see in the pictures are stunning but somehow don't do it justice once you see it in person. The property is walkable to Bath house Row but far enough that you don’t hear the noise. We enjoyed so many things in the city but the most amazing part was our kids getting piano lessons from our mom the piano located in the foyer. Those moments were priceless! The owners are very responsive and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. We would absolutely stay here again!

Hands down one of the most unique and well appointed Airbnbs we've ever stayed in. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and grilling. Rooms were beautiful with nice linens. We enjoyed the hot tub and the entire back yard which is so peaceful. The best part was how close to bathhouse row the house is. Clark and Lora were very responsive when we had questions. They've done an amazing job with this home.

This place is beautiful and really spacious. The location of the home is perfect, only a few mins from downtown. The outdoor area of the home is very serene. The arcade and board games were a big hit, my kids loved it! The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Communication with the host was seamless. We would def recommend this spot!
