The house was just right for the 3 of us women. (Girl Trip) It was so close to everything. Loved the deck. So clean and relaxing. All instructions were perfect. Super nice neighborhood. Hot Springs was very nice. Had a great time. We will be back!!

A great little place to stay while visiting Hot Springs National park.. The house was fully stocked with everything you would be needing. The hosts were quick to respond when needed. The neighborhood felt safe. The neighborhood was quiet and we saw deer roaming at sunset. It is walkable to Bathhouse row, but parking is cheap at $1.35 an hour in the parking garage if you need to drive. Great place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at this rental! The location was unbeatable—super close to everything, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. The home itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made it perfect for relaxing after a long day out. Great location settled among stately homes. Easy to access. Welcomed by a “herd” of deer from the surrounding woods. Walking trail steps from house. The house was immaculate! Beds were so comfortable. Central location to downtown and Oaklawn. Great value, very responsive owners, clear instructions and expectations upon leaving. Definitely will stay again, highly recommend.

Great location, walkable to downtown when weather is cooperative. Nice house with plenty of room for the two of us. Breakfast/brunch at Best Cafe nearby - we walked and ate there twice. Relaxing and quiet location. I recommend bringing a 5 gal water jug to take some local spring water home if you are driving. We ended up buying two jugs at WalMart for the Happy Hollow spring water. Clark and Lora were responsive and left helpful instructions for things to do in the area. We would gladly stay here again.

Wonderful place just half block from the NP trailhead. Very nicely appointed with everything we needed for a restful 5-night stay. Great to have lamps for reading, washer/dryer for our hiking clothes, and a gas grill outside for our winter-time burgers. Very prompt response and easy 1-night extension to our visit. Terrific place to get-away during the winter dreary! We hope to come back!

Our little group loved this house. The house was exactly as pictured. The location was amazing - we walked to downtown Hot Springs each day and to some of the hiking trails on the mountain just behind the house. House was quiet, clean, well-stocked, and really perfect for two couples and a baby. Clark and Lora were so kind to let us drop things off early and check in a little early since we were traveling with an infant and it made things so much easier for us. Hosts were very responsive and made sure we had what we needed. 10/10 Will absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful, well-kept home, filled with all the amenities (plus some) that you need. Set on a peaceful street, away from the crowds, we had a stocked kitchen, great beds & a pristine modern bathroom. We were close to all the attractions (just a short drive away) without having to deal with traffic.

This small home nestled up on the mountain was exactly what the photos showed and what I was looking for. It had beautiful hardwood floors and a spectacular kitchen! The place was amazing, clean, safe, and such a great location. Trails just behind the property, the historical downtown was very close with great shopping, restaurants, and of course, the bathhouses. Overall - this was a great property and we loved it!

Very nice little house in convenient location in quiet neighborhood. Clean and very well equipped kitchen with up to date appliances. Comfortable beds. Also, PLENTY of nice, clean towels, hand towels, bath cloths, dish cloths, etc. Good wi-fi and smart TV where I could login to my own streaming apps. Clark and Lora did a good job with info, instructions, and local suggestions; and they responded to questions promptly. Great base location for my mountain biking weekend.

Clark and Lora's place was excellent! It was beautifully arranged and in a perfect location for our vacation in Hot Springs. They were available and communicated when needed and provided thorough instructions for arrival and departure. When we're back in Hot Springs we'll definitely want to stay here again.

Everything was perfect! Super clean. Plenty of bathroom towels. We enjoyed the deck and the BBQ grill. I was thankful for the washer & dryer since I needs to wash a few things. We would stay here again!

We had the best time here! It was very easy to walk to the downtown area. It was a quiet area despite being so close to the hustle and bustle of downtown. We slept so well in the peace and quiet; the black out curtains were a big plus! The kitchen had all the cookware we needed and was spotless. The whole house was spotless actually. Definitely recommend staying here!
